DragonRunners — Data deletion instructions

Every user, wherever they live and whatever their age, can ask us to delete the data DragonRunners keeps about them at any time. It is free, you do not need to give a reason and we do not need to approve it. There is no legal reason that would stop us from fulfilling a request.

How to request it

1. Send an email to dragonrunners.soporte@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my data”.
2. In the email, write your Meta username (or the display name you use in the game), so we can find your data. To delete your Scales wallet as well, add the 10-character support code shown on the Wardrobe board inside the game when you are online: the wallet is stored only under a one-way hash, so that code is the only way we can find it. If you no longer have access to the game, tell us and we will help you find it.
3. We delete your data and confirm by email within 30 days (usually much sooner).

What we delete

• Reports and bans that mention you as the reported player, and error reports linked to your username or connection.
• If you appear as the person who made a report, we remove your name and connection number from it and keep the rest of the report, because it describes another player's conduct and no longer contains any data about you.
• Your Scales wallet (balance, cosmetics bought with Scales, last gift date and movement log), also from the server's internal backup copies. You lose the balance and what you bought.
• If you ask for it, we first send you a file with the data we keep about you (access and portability).

What we do not have

We never store your voice, your location, your contacts or recordings of your room. Settings, your chosen dragon and the local copy of your balance live only on your headset: they are deleted when you uninstall the game or clear its data.

What Meta keeps

Your Meta account, the license of the app and the record of your payments are managed by Meta under its own privacy policy. To delete those, use the settings of your Meta account.

Automatic deletion

Even without a request, data is deleted by itself: reports after 90 days, error reports after 30 days, bans when they expire, and Scales wallets with no activity for 24 months. See the full list in the Privacy Policy.
