By installing or playing DragonRunners you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Who can play

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use DragonRunners on your Meta Quest devices, for non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, decompile, sell or redistribute the game, nor cheat or use software that alters how it works (except where the law allows).

3. Conduct: the five rules

These are the same rules shown inside the game (the "Rules" board), which you accept before playing online:

  1. Treat everyone with respect: no harassment, insults or threats.
  2. No offensive language, neither by voice nor in your username.
  3. Play fair: no cheating and no abusing game bugs.
  4. Protect your privacy: do not share personal information, yours or anyone else's.
  5. If someone bothers you: mute them, block them or report them. Reports are reviewed and players can be removed.

In addition, you may not: impersonate another person, spread illegal content, send unsolicited advertising, or try to overload or attack the servers.

4. Voice and reports

5. Moderation and suspension

We may, automatically or manually: temporarily mute a player (for example when several different players report them in a short time), remove them from a room, ban them for a period (from a few minutes up to a maximum of 30 days) or, in serious or repeated cases, report the conduct to Meta, which may apply its own measures to the account. We may do so without prior notice if there is a safety reason. A ban does not entitle you to a refund of anything purchased. If you think a mistake was made, write to dragonrunners.soporte@gmail.com with your username and the date; we will review your case.

Your username goes through an automatic filter; we may change it or block its use if it is offensive or misleading.

6. The game, matches and the online service

7. In-game purchases, Scales and refunds

8. Safety when playing in virtual reality

Play in a clear space, take breaks, and stop playing if you feel dizzy, have a headache or feel unwell. The game includes an adjustable comfort vignette in Settings (Vignette: off, low, medium, high). There is fast movement: if you are sensitive, start with the vignette on high. Follow your headset's health and safety warnings. Children should play under adult supervision.

9. Intellectual property

The game, its dragons, names, music, sounds, models and texts belong to AMZ STUDIO or are licensed. Cosmetics you buy give you a right to use them inside the game, not ownership of the design.

10. Privacy

The processing of personal data is explained in the Privacy Policy.

11. Warranties and liability

To the extent the law allows, the game is offered without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not liable for indirect damages or for the conduct of other players. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited (for example for willful misconduct or personal injury) or your rights as a consumer.

12. Changes, governing law and contact

We may update these terms; if the change is significant, we will tell you in the game or on the store listing, and continuing to play afterwards means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America and of the state in which AMZ STUDIO is established, without prejudice to the rights that the law of your country of residence gives you.
